Feenagh-Kilmeedy Community games A.G.M in the community centre on Tuesday, September 25 at 8.30pm.

WEDDING

The wedding took place at St Patrick’s, St Bridget church, Grange, Co. Limerick on Friday, September 7 between Timoíd Gilbourne, Belville Kilmeedy and Joanne Putt, Grange.  Bestman – Muiris Gilbourne, Groomsmen- William O Leary, Hugh Reidy, Noah Davis. Maid of Honour – Marie O Brien. Bridesmaids – Roisín Duinn, Margaret O Mahony, Hannah Keane. Flower girls – Muireann Gilbourne, Kate O Shea. Pageboy – Aaron Putt. Parents of the Bride and Groom – Cala and Michael Putt, Joan and Maurice Gilbourne.

The music by Sexton Wedding Singers. The Marriage ceremony was performed by Very Rev Fr Liam Enright P.P, Rathkeale assisted by Very Rev Fr Frank O’Dea P.P, Dromcollogher. The Reception was held in the Radisson Blu Hotel Limerick. We congratulate the Newlyweds.

FUNDRAISING DANCE

Now that the dust has settled after Limericks great win in the all Ireland Hurling Championship in 2018. I am hoping to raise the dust at the Longcourt Hotel in Newcastlewest on Friday 12 October. This is a fundraising dance to provide for the shop/cafe in Kilmeedy. Tickets will be on sale shortly at a very low cost of €10. There will also be a Raffle on door ticket for numerous prizes. Top class music and singing from Rock me Mama to the slosh!!

KILMEEDY DEVELOPMENT GROUP MEETING

Kilmeedy Development Group meeting on this Thursday, September 13 at 8 pm at Aras Ide – main item on the agenda is the Fundraising Event on October 12 at the Longcourt Hotel. Your attendance will be greatly appreciated.
