Sunday October 29th at Kilmeedy church at 10am – People of the parish.

Choir practice at Feenagh church on Saturday October 28th at 6pm.

WEDDING

The wedding took place at St Marys church Carrickerry on Saturday October 21st between David Reidy Kilmeedy and Cathy O Connor Carrickerry. The Bestman was Hugh Reidy, Groomsman was Patrick Reidy, Matron of honour – Tracy Fitzgerald, Bridesmaid – Catherine Wilmott, Flowergirls – Ellen Reidy, Caitlin O Connor. The music was by Sexton wedding singers. The marriage ceremony was performed by Very Rev Fr Timothy Curtin P.P Kilcolman / Coolcappa. The reception was held in the Devon Inn. We congratulate the newly weds.

RAMBLING HOUSE

Rambling house at Aras Ide Kilmeedy on Friday October 20th . The M.C was Sean O Gorman . Before and at the Interval a variety of foods and teas were served. Thanks for your generosity, the proceeds from the previous rambling house was presented to the Limerick 95 stop tour for childrens art unit in Limericks Regional hospital.The following entertained in various music, song and recitation. Teresa Looney and Josie Ahern Croagh, Aoife Long Limerick, Tom Noonan Granagh, Dan and Stephen Madigan Kilmeedy, Eamon Cronin Dromina, David Hunt Pallaskenry, Sean Hartnett  Feoghanagh, Kathy O Brien Limerick, Laura Feely, Sean and John O Gorman Kilmeedy. Also auctioned were some sporting items and other gifts for to be included in the proceeds of the 95 stop tour. The MC Sean O Gorman paid tribute to supporters of the rambling house past and recently who have passed to their eternal reward.

FEENAGH COMMUNITY CENTRE COMMITEE

Feenagh community centre committee are looking for photos for next year’s calendar , you can give your photos to any committee member.

HALLOWEEN PARTY NIGHT IN DEVON INN HOTEL

 

This is a fundraiser not to be missed for Milford Hospice and The Mid Western Cancer Foundation at the Devon Inn Hotel on Friday the 3rd of November 2017.

A night full of good food and wine, music, craic, fun, games and lots of prizes and surprises.

There will be competitions for best dressed, best masquerade mask, best Halloween outfit and much more!

Dance the night away to Keep in Touch band and DJ.

Special guests on the night are Elma, Fionnbar & Jema Walsh of Donal Walsh #Livelife Foundation.

All proceeds going to Milford Hospice and The Mid Western Cancer Foundation, two worthy cancer charities in the Mid West.
