On behalf of Kilmeedy Vintage Group, John O’Gorman presented a cheque for 3000 euro to Siobhan Reidy of Kilmeedy Community Development. This is as a result of the very successful vintage run on April 22nd. The funds raised are going towards the new Community Shop and Café, which is due to open later this year. Thanks to all our participants, sponsors, kitchen staff and all who helped out in any way to make the day such a success.
Judging by the children’s reading material, it looks like there will an interest in tractors in Kilmeedy for many years to come!.
The next vintage run is on November 18th.
